One fine day we met Be Sunshine… and a partners’ club was born. Once a year this club brings together the presidents and managing directors from each of my clients. “Around thirty people along with their partners.”
The distribution network had just begun again and based on Be Sunshine’s idea, we decided to depart from the standard approach of a seated business dinner in a grand Parisian hotel, moving to an innovative and, above all, fresh and friendly concept.
An encounter with an influential personality covering a specific theme at the home of a known and renowned artist.
This creates a close connection with the speaker who spends the evening with us and the artist who welcomes us into their home and dedicates their entire evening to us.
It’s a magic and special moment where everyone can talk and connect to whoever they like.
Through this cocktail dinner, instead of a static, intimidating format, we found this freedom to connect with our guests.

Meet-in-Bubble is the result of an excellent analysis of the situation. It’s a fantastic solution allowing you to combine fully virtual events, which have limitations, with an in-person element. This “in-between” offering provides added value in our pharma activity in France and abroad. Well done Be Sunshine !

What can I say about working with Be Sunshine for my trips to Rio and Miami? They provide such an excellent level of service, professionalism and knowledge of the places we visited. All my clients, most of whom are business leaders with high expectations, will forever remember, I am sure, a football final in the Maracanã Stadium that wasn’t initially part of the trip itinerary. For a football fanatic, that’s a winner! Or there’s also our open-top drive around the Florida Keys, not to mention the always excellent – and delicious – choices of restaurant.
